Yes we do. We will send you a memorial kit which you will receive in 7-10 business days depending where you are in the world. All we ask is when sending the Ashes to us, they are securely contained and protected, and sent via a trackable service with tracking details provided to us.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns.

Each item is made specifically to house the ashes once the compartment is sealed and you have changed your mind we are unable to reopen and return the ashes to you.

We only require a small amount less than half a teaspoon. Any remaining Ashes will be returned to you along with your order.

As we create each individual ring to house your ashes specifically to your requirements, we cannot accept refunds on them. Once the compartment that holds the Ash is sealed, we are unable to reopen and return the ashes to you. However, adjustments can be made such as ring sizing.

We aim to complete your item between the 4 -6 week turnaround, should you need the item sooner please contact us to discuss.
